You can contact us directly any time but take some time and read through the frequently asked questions on our website. If you have requested a quote already and you have some queries on that quote or your itinerary kindly contact our customer support or travel agent directly.


  • What payment options do you offer?

We are proud to offer all of our customers the opportunity to pay via credit or debit card using PayPal. Of course, if you need to wait, we are more than happy to accept a cash payment on the day.

  • How far in advance should I make my booking?

For online bookings, we do ask that you make them with at least 24 hours notice. This helps us avoid disappointing you in case we don’t have a driver or the right vehicle. For more immediate journeys, please call our operator on 01256 951 105 to check our availability.

  • How do you charge for the journey, per vehicle or per passenger?

We always charge our customers per vehicle and not passenger. So one person travelling in a four-seater will pay the exact same amount as three people travelling in a four-seater. We see that as the fairest way for all our customers.

  • Do you charge for waiting when my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flight arrivals to UK airports, so if you provide us with your flight number, we won’t charge for any delays. Just let your booking operator know in advance your flight number.

  • How will I know which taxi is mine?

All of our drivers will be provided with your contact information so they will call you upon arrival. If you require a meet and greet, we are happy to provide this but it may include an extra charge. Speak to our booking operator for more details on 0330 113 2500.

  • Are your drivers qualified?

At Tadley Executive Cars, your safety and well-being is our number one priority at all times. That is why all of our drivers are fully qualified and hold full, clean driving licences. Every driver is also registered with the local authority.

  • Do you take on company contracts?

We would be more than happy to provide your business with a short-term or long-term contract service. Please fill in our contact form and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your requirements.

  • Can we arrange a taxi for a day trip or night out?

You certainly can – speak to our booking operator to discuss your requirements and find out how much that may cost.

  • Can we eat or drink in your vehicles?

At Tadley Executive Cars, we try to keep our vehicles at the highest standard, which is why we kindly ask that all customers refrain from eating or drinking in our vehicles.
